Le taux \u00e0 15 ans s\u2019\u00e9tablit \u00e0 0,85%, celui \u00e0 20 ans \u00e0 0,98% et celui \u00e0 25 ans \u00e0 1,18%. Parall\u00e8lement, la dur\u00e9e moyenne des pr\u00eats ne cesse de s\u2019allonger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pr\u00eats qui sont souscrits pour des dur\u00e9es sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 25 ans restent relativement minimes puisque ne repr\u00e9sentent que 0,2% de la production en mai. En revanche, les dur\u00e9es d\u2019emprunts comprises entre 20 ans et 25 ans repr\u00e9sentent d\u00e9sormais la majorit\u00e9 des cr\u00e9dits avec pr\u00e8s de 56,5% de la production totale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dur\u00e9e se rapproche des 20 ans (236 mois plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment). En comparaison, la dur\u00e9e moyenne \u00e9tait d\u2019un peu plus de 13 ans (soit 160 mois) au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2000&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l\u2019Observatoire Cr\u00e9dit Logement \/ CSA cela peut s\u2019expliquer compte tenu du taux d\u2019effort \u00e9tablit \u00e0 35% et que les banques vont tenter de contenir sous ce seuil pour valider les dossiers.
