Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiants,&nbsp;Lodgis observe \u00e9galement un d\u00e9but de reprise des mobilit\u00e9s pour des stages par rapport au dernier trimestre de 2020. Ce type de location repr\u00e9sente pr\u00e8s de 27,9% du total des locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On notera aussi la bonne performance du bail mobilit\u00e9 qui conna\u00eet un fort succ\u00e8s avec une \u00e9volution de +131%. Un r\u00e9gime particulier qui semble r\u00e9pondre parfaitement aux attentes des propri\u00e9taires.
