De quoi r\u00e9jouir les candidats \u00e0 l\u2019emprunt immobilier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les courtiers, les banques commencent doucement \u00e0 accepter \u00e0 nouveau un peu plus de dossiers. \u00ab Tous les voyants sont au vert pour emprunter en 2021, car les taux baissent et les banques ouvrent leurs client\u00e8les \u00bb, confirme Sandrine Allonier, porte-parole du site de courtage en ligne Vousfinancer.com. Une ouverture des banques afin de remplir leurs objectifs, qui permet \u00e9galement aux potentiels acqu\u00e9reurs de profiter d\u2019une concurrence accrue entre les \u00e9tablissements bancaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces derniers restent n\u00e9anmoins vigilants sur la question de l\u2019apport. La r\u00e8gle d\u2019endettement \u00e0 35% ne suffit pas pour garantir l\u2019octroi du cr\u00e9dit et les banques se fixent leurs propres crit\u00e8res d\u2019appr\u00e9ciation.
