En moyenne, les prix de l&rsquo;immobilier ont augment\u00e9 de 2,1% au niveau national en 2020. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La crise sanitaire&nbsp;se prolonge, avec un couvre-feu plus restrictif et un risque persistant&nbsp;de reconfinement en cas d&rsquo;aggravation des indicateurs de&nbsp;suivi de&nbsp;l&rsquo;\u00e9pid\u00e9mie. Le march\u00e9 r\u00e9sidentiel reste tributaire de cet environnement. Les transactions restent soutenues<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ventes n&rsquo;ont&nbsp;donc pas chut\u00e9, contrairement \u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;on pouvait&nbsp;craindre au terme d&rsquo;une ann\u00e9e priv\u00e9e de pr\u00e8s de quatre mois d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 pour cause de confinement&nbsp;\u00e0 deux reprises.&nbsp;Le niveau de&nbsp;980.000&nbsp;transactions sur douze mois glissants \u00e0 fin d\u00e9cembre 2020 est comparable \u00e0 celui des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.
