Les premiers bilans des professionnels du secteur indiquent que les transactions immobili\u00e8res ont certes baiss\u00e9, mais ne se sont pas effondr\u00e9es. Les prix ont tr\u00e8s largement r\u00e9sist\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 le contexte, et le grand exode tant annonc\u00e9 n\u2019aura finalement pas eu lieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les donn\u00e9es du r\u00e9seau d\u2019agences immobili\u00e8res Lafor\u00eat, avec une baisse de 6% des transactions immobili\u00e8res au niveau national par rapport \u00e0 2019, il n\u2019y aura pas eu de r\u00e9el effet Covid. Les prix ont fait preuve de vigueur, s\u2019affichant m\u00eame en hausse de 4% \u00e0 Paris. Les grandes m\u00e9tropoles r\u00e9gionales ont suivi le m\u00eame mouvement, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de Lyon (+7,7%) ou Marseille (+6,5%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La question dor\u00e9navant est de savoir si le march\u00e9 immobilier gardera cette solidit\u00e9 au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021. L\u00e0 encore les inconnues restent grandes, mais avant toute chose c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie qui sera le m\u00e9tronome du secteur.
