En effet, les deux principaux changements d\u00e9cid\u00e9s sont un allongement de la dur\u00e9e maximale d\u2019endettement de 25 \u00e0 27 ans et un taux d\u2019endettement maximal qui passe de 33 \u00e0 35%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a un an, le HCSF incitait les banques \u00e0 resserrer la vis du cr\u00e9dit pour \u00e9viter une crise sp\u00e9culative. Le ministre de l\u2019\u00c9conomie Bruno Le Maire a d\u2019ailleurs reconnu l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des r\u00e8gles \u00e9dict\u00e9es durant cette ann\u00e9e.\u00a0La part des cr\u00e9dits aboutissant \u00e0 un taux d\u2019endettement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 33% a diminu\u00e9 de 7 points de pourcentage,\u00a0et celle des cr\u00e9dits dont la maturit\u00e9 \u00e9tait sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 25 ans de 4 points.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour autant, la donne a radicalement chang\u00e9 suite \u00e0 cette ann\u00e9e de crise sanitaire et un assouplissement des r\u00e8gles va donc intervenir.
